I am writing to you as the responsible authority of the Minnesota 
Department of Health. This is a formal request for access to government 
data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota 
Statutes, Chapter 13. If there is a designee to whom I should direct my 
data request, please inform me.

I seek access to any data that documents the full source code for the 
newly released COVIDaware Covid19 app, as well as any data possessed by 
the Minnesota Department of Health relating to the source code for said app.

For any of the data requested that is maintained in a computer storage 
medium, I ask that you provide copies of that public data in its 
original electronic form. If you determine that you will redact or 
withhold any otherwise responsive data, please inform me immediately or 
as soon as possible, in writing, of the specific statutory basis for 
your denial.
